Midtown Surface Correction
The Challenge
This Midtown Tulsa property was dealing with persistent drainage issues and an uneven lawn surface caused by previously removed trees. Low areas were holding water, and the existing grade lacked the proper slope needed to move water efficiently. The result was a lawn that not only struggled functionally, but also lacked a smooth, consistent finish.
Our Approach
We began with targeted surface correction and regrading to re-establish proper elevation and drainage flow across the property. Low spots were carefully addressed, transitions were blended, and the overall grade was reset to encourage natural water movement away from the home.
Once the surface was properly prepared, we completed a fescue overseeding application to help thicken the turf, fill in disturbed areas, and accelerate recovery across the newly corrected surface.
The Outcome
The lawn now features a properly functioning grade that promotes consistent drainage and eliminates standing water concerns. Surface irregularities have been corrected, creating a smoother, more refined appearance across the entire property.
With overseeding in place, the turf is set up to establish thicker, healthier growth—delivering a lawn that performs better, recovers faster, and presents at a higher standard.
